You've probably already heard, but Billy Mays died yesterday morning for no apparent reason. He was 50 years old (same as Michael) and they still have no idea what killed him.
In case you don't know who Billy Mays is (non-american GOGer's I suppose) he is simply the best TV pitchman ever. Take a look at this video:

I will really miss the guy, I was just getting into his Discovery Channel show 'Pitchmen'.

He was like, THE pitchman. I associated that mug and voice with TV and always will.
A LEGEND. And a love-hate relationship. I fucking hate infomercials.
But anyway, he died from head injuries after a plane he was on ran into trouble (i.e., tires blew, luggage flew) the day before.

Really? I was watching the news today and they said the autopsy came back negative for head trauma being the cod.

According to his initial autopsy report, that had absolutely nothing to do with his death. He didn't even have any significant head injury at all, just a minor bump on the head. The man had heart disease and simply died of a heart attack (unless the toxicology tests turn up something unusual).

It's too bad...
His infomercials were at least bearable, and he seemed to enjoy his work.
