Fenixp: Well a bit of a hybrid system, it wouldn't bother me actually if it regenerated to some low value like 30 or so - 60 sounds way too high. There were many FPS games I have played the most of at 60 or so health.
Health regen in any form is bad design in FPS, not to mention lazy. Get ready for those linear corridor levels with no alternative paths and secrets to find medkits and armor.
