I bought Ceville and can´t get it to run under Windows 7, the loading begins and then it immediately closes (with no error messages). The installation package is intact as I got installed and running on a WinXP machine.

I´ve installed the last patch but that doesn´t seem to make any difference. Plus in ther forum the issue is not solved yet.

I bought a new computer 2 weeks ago, and didn´t realize before that it can indeed be a pain to run some games on Win7.

I can't get the opening cinematic to work but otherwise the game runs just fine for me on Win 7 64. You might want to try installing a codec pack. In fact that might help me too.

The weird thing is that I can´t even get the game started, it just closes as soon as it starts.

It´s annoying that I have no clue as to what could be going on.
