Age of Empires 3 complete is on sale for 12 euro and I'm really craving a real-time strategy game. So, is it worth 12 EUR?

FYI I loved AOE 3 but yes, it is weak next to AOE 1 & 2.

If by "real money" you mean "dollars", it's about 16$. I find myself in the same situation of yours. I installed Sacrifice, while dreaming Homeworld. I'm not disappointed.

I didn't like it, never played the expansions though. AoE2 and Age of Mythology are much better.

whats it like in comparison to AOE1? its the only one iv really put time into, i do have AOE2 somewhere (think i tried it for about 2 hours but dont think i really enjoyed it passed the create settlement and build stuff area). im really odd lately i just seem to be going off my games ><

Sadly, it's been years since I've touched an AoE game, so I can't really say anything concerning this topic...

I kind of liked it, but then again I picked it up for 10 cents a couple years back. It's a good game, but it's not really anything particularly spectacular.

For that price, you're likely to get your money's worth out of it before too long.
