That guy's good, really fit and healthy. I would give a lot to be in such a physical shape when I'm 73. But I'm afraid I won't reach that age when I continue with my questionable lifestyle. Probably I should reduce the amount of alcohol and cigarettes. I am quite sure that would help ...

Well I'm an advocate for good eating habits and regular exercise. Even at the public gym I frequent, the gym instructor is already 58 and still can do one hand pullups. Good health goes a long way, and it's the most worthwhile investment you can ever find in a lifetime, even if it means giving up the things you enjoy
