And if you don't know what that means you should look at your clock (or rather, at the time a few minutes ago: Sa 14. Feb 00:31:30 CET 2009) and then lookup "TIMESTAMP"

Ahhh, I know this one. But only from reading Slashdot this week...
Rather cool, unique occurrence there.
Bah, I missed it.
An event that happens once in a lifetime and I miss it. :C
Well, it's not as big as Y2K (that will happen in 2038), but still, it's fun to watch.
I posted that in the 2012 thread a while ago, spooker because it was on friday 13th! I'm annoyed that I forgot to run out to my bomb shelter, I could have possibly been slightly inconvenienced if it had made a difference
Now all we need is a bunch of crackpot theories involving the number 23 and we're set.
Hmm, how about a recent history one? In 2001 on the 11th of september, 3 planes crashed into buildings 11+9+3... Also I'd be willing to bet that at least one person killed was 23 years old!
Sure we're leaving a plane out but it's a conspiracy theory specifically designed to exclude inconenient things, there's got to be gaping holes in the logic so big you could drive a truck through, it's traditional...

Well, if you add up the numbers, you DO get 45, which if divided by two (after rounding) turns to 23. Of course, you might be wondering where the 2 is coming from. Simple: 2 is the digit that you end up with if you count backwards from the last digit using the sum of 4 and 5, which are naturally meaningful as they are the ninth occurrence of the five sides of the pyramid.

No wait, it's over.
I fell asleep 30 minutes before it. I've had even created an mIRC script for people to check it...
I wake up 30 minutes after the event and what do I see?
