You've been a member since 2008 and you've silently kept in that deep all-encompassing love all this time? Must have been hard...

I'm assuming you've just worked those charms of yours on support to get your way obviously? If that is the case, my educated guess is that they closed that ticket to make you come back for more so that they could get more of you.

In all seriousness, I've had a few frustrating technical issues in the past, but I wrote to support like a civilized human being would and I eventually got my issues solved.

GOG is probably not among the best platforms there are from a purely technical standpoint (although I've seen worse), but they put a lot of emphasis on drm-free games, they are pretty customer friendly and they ultimately make things right when there is an issue and that counts for a lot in my book.

GOG has many issues -- from website to support to mission -- but...

... did you really see a conversation beginning with "You are a disgrace" as one that would bear fruit?

And then attacking forum members who were genuinely replying to your thread?

While I may empathize with your frustration and may even have some agreement with issues that precipitated your thread, I'd suggest a more civil tone would be the best "honey" with which to catch flies (moreso than "vinegar").

Howard: Good to see the fanboys are as idiotic as the staff. Real bunch o' big brains, always ready to insult people.
Yeah sometimes the more fervent gog users are being a bit insulting. Still, you are not helping by being just as insulting. Good luck on fixing your issues with your games anyways!

Shmacky-McNuts: Providing a standard corporate response like, "Was your pc plugged in?"(a similar example response). When it was obvious the person was already angry. Was probably what made him more angry. A typically perceived company response, so low in intelligence to ask, as to be insulting. This was not a jab at Ink, but an example of common customer service, in america.
Exactly!

I am naught but cross with you.
Yes, please sue GOG. Either you win and make things better for us or you lose and we get to laugh about it.

The only way we don't win is if you don't sue, but it also means this 2FA problem will never be fixed.
