...everyone is a perfect shot and able to get a headshot with a handgun from a considerable distance?
Relevant.
Unfortunately the name of a hilarious zombie film where the "hero" keeps saying to his crack team of police (?) elites in garbage men jumpsuits to shoot the zombies in the head but they keep shooting them all over the place escapes me.

Oh and there was also a scene where one of the elites put on a dress and danced around in a group of zombies screaming something like "Can't touch this".
Aaand another reason to see it is it's riddled with nature documentary footage that's like 30 years older so the colours, sharpness and other technical things doesn't match the rest of the film.
My memory of it gets better! Another scene is where the hot science woman shows her education when the team tries to make contact with a djungle tribe of some sort. She says something like "-I know how this works." rips off her shirt and runs with bouncing breasts before the jeep with the team.

Man I need this on a DVD.

Because those that can't have already all been eaten

It's called natural selection.

It's to balance out the other action films where they are spewing out millions of rounds from automatics and totally missing one guy from 10 yards.
Why do zombie movies have zombies/

Some of them of don't.
My explanation:

Zombies are low level monsters that have high AC (remember, lower AC is better). Since the chance of an attack hitting is dependent on AC, it is really easy for an attacker to hit a zombie; this is reflected in the attacker being able to easily hit from a distance with a handgun.

Guess that for balancing reasons Zombies have very high hp and only critical hits to the head can instantly kill them...

28 days later doesn't have "zombies", it has people who are just reeeeally angry, like road rage times a million.

Very funny, but that guy lives down the road from me.

AND after having worked in a mall for ten years I still can't say for certain those were zombies in "Dawn of the Dead" or just the normal weekend crowd.

This is not a plot device but a means of creating heroic characterizations so as to further the dramatic quality for the movie going experience without which the main character and sometimes the more important supporting characters - the small but pivotal role types of characters that are often played by has been superstars - wouldn't be wiped out at the early to middle stages of the whole motion picture that is, if the protagonist(s) can't shoot their enemies they'd be dead before you get to finish the filum.
