Why doesn't anyone answer at GOG support...you write to them and silence...GOG doesn't care who has problems? solve them yourself?
How do you define "not responding"? Did you get the automatic email after contacting them? If so, how long have you been waiting without any human response? Did the conversation start and they fell silent later on?
Weekends, and Polish time zones, innit? And it's the middle of summer so many of them are off on vacation in spite of short staffing.
I actually had a good response time for my ticket, they even asked some useful questions.

In the end there was no solution since it was a matter for the publisher, but at least they promised they would let them know.

I've waited a week recently for a non-urgent account-related issue and it was reasonably seen to in short order. In my time I've experienced far worse reply times.

They likely heavily triage as well, so if you're asking them why some random game crashes on your PC you're not gonna get a speedy response. That's not really GOG's problem, and Steam would tell you the same thing.

If you have a serious account issue with GOG itself they should get back to you fast. They always have with me.
Holidays, weekends, vacations, covid, local events, short staffed.
Just spin the wheel, doesn't really matter which one it lands on, same difference.

How long have you been waiting for a response? If you contacted them at 2am in Poland, I wouldn't expect an immediate response from anyone human. People need to have time off from work to eat, sleep, take care of their cats, and do other stuff.

I've never had "the GOG" not respond, although sometimes they did take quite a while.

Don't forget an imminent major launch too.
I have had GOG fail to respond to one of my Support queries... but every other time they have responded in 1 - 5 days.

IMO I'd put in another Support ticket if you either haven't received communication in a week...

... or...

... if you never received the automated response showing that your query is in the Support queue.
