Setting aside any snarky answers about horny boys that I can give to look at this entirely objectively, these games are probably not worth anything more than whatever the sale price is because we're talking about games that seem to be on sale a lot (per GOG Database.)
For Example:
Alternate DiMansion Diary has a regular price of $9.99 (USD) and when 60% off is $3.99 (USD.) The $3.99 price is really what it should be priced at, not $9.99 and looking at GOG Database, this game spends a lot of time on sale. I would go so far as to say that it looks like it is on sale more than it isn't.

Pixel Town: Akanemachi Mystery is the same exact thing, except that it used to spend a lot of time on sale at $7.99 and now spends a lot of time on sale at $3.99

I could dig around some more, but it would only likely to be more of the same. Games that seem overpriced at their normal price where the sale price is in line with what they should be priced at. They what you to look at the 60% off and think you're getting a good deal, ignoring that we're talking about games on sale so much that the sale price may as well be the normal price... and even if they rarely went on sale, the sale price is closer to what they're worth. You're not getting a good deal here.
If you look at those games as $3.99 games and not $9.99 games that are on sale, you might pass over in favor of something like Flipon, which has a price of $3.99 as its regular price. The only thing that Flipon is missing is porn.
