Why can't i get a proper support from Gog?
I have to go through a bot that has 4 options that is no way near my problem. I don't want to waste my time with a pointless bot.
There is known problem with controllersupport that multiple players have experienced but is not solved.
How do you expect to sell games when your support is not accessable?

Where have all the GOGBears gone, and where is all support? :P

The chatbot is the new status quo, unfortunately, and I doubt that's going to change soon (or ever). You'll have to fight the Cerberus to get proper support.

P.S.: They are counting on annoying you to the point of giving up so they can reduce their operating costs/the load on their support team. The chatbot "improves the experience" for them, not for the average frustrated user, looking to get help.

Be persistent in your support request until the bot fail to understand you. Then It will redirect you to talk with an actual human.

SirusR2PO: I have to go through a bot that has 4 options that is no way near my problem.
Right from the start, tell the chatbot "other" then when it asks what kind of problem you have, click "Other" from the choices it shows. That skips to opening a support ticket. Alternatively, you can try e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com
I had a purchase glitch the caused removed games and GOG resolved it in under a day.

If the bot doesn't have an answer to your question all you have to do is say the answer didn't help/solve and it will make a ticket.
Don't you worry:
GOG employee-of-the-month "/dev/null" is already on the case.

Use the script (stylus or similar) to avoid crapbot.

div[data-default-form] {
display: block !important;
}

div[data-chat-wrap] {
display: none;
}

For URLs starting with https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

This will lead you directly to the support page. Unfortunately it might not help you since support basically has become useless even IF you are talking to a human. They barely even read the tickets carefully enough ... makes me wonder if crapbot simply changed their name to one of the GOG support stuff and answered as well.

Heh, the topic title just makes me think 'who let the dogs out', and is echoing in my mind, but instead of dogs barking it's a few men grunting like it was a tim allen sketch.

Be funnier if it was a music video with a bunch of nerds playing with keyboards mice and acting like monkeys...

Okay enough OT.
Don't engage with the bot, just tell it that it isn't helping twice and it will start a support ticket creation process.

I didn't know there is a script to avoid that crapbot. Thanks.
