I recently picked up Gog Galaxy with the open beta and all. Really nice, enjoyed it, had fun linking everything under the one launcher. Saw the winter sale was up and was like, ok cool I'll actually buy something from here. Purchased five titles, paid, woo success. And... not in the library. Check the sales page and it says they're in the library, can't buy them again, check my library and nothing.

So checked credit card page, payment is pending, seems fine, nothing flagged. Well maybe can get someone in support? Nope, no number, no live chat, just a form. Woo fun. Filled it out. Check the support page, they're having issues? But seems more like bandwidth related? But could mebbe be something else.

Ok what the heck, check the forums, (yay they exist), not seeing anything on general discussion, couldn't find anything with some searches. Make a topic. Voila.

TLDR: Made a purchase, didn't get my loot, wtf? Kinda a crummy non consumer positive experience.

Sometimes refreshing your account solves these weird glitches: https://www.gog.com/account/refresh

Otherwise, just get in touch with Support. The site was having some bandwidth trouble as it's usual within the first hours of a big sale (but I think it's solved now), and it might take them a little extra time to get in touch with you, but in my experience they are very helpful, professional and friendly. Check that your purchases appear on your Orders page and keep the emails you have received as proof of purchase.

Ah hah! Clicked on your link and using the website purely instead of the store through GoG Galaxy and the items are there in that inventory. Have to download the installers it seems. I'll edit this if/when it's successful.

Thanks heaps, I think this may have resolved it.

Edit: Nope, it's all screwed up. Download the installers from GoG to add them to galaxy and it suffers a myriad of problems from not recognizing them, telling me I need to buy them again, and unable to read the data.

The servers seem 'better' now so you should try resyncing Galaxy
