The server problem because 1.11 patch, then 18 days has passed already.

There is a reason why Galaxy is in BETA state. The only thing that ya going to miss by playing offline are just achievements and that's it. Besides, after ya installed it you could just import the game folder to Galaxy.


Keep in mind that using Steam may end up in a risk of either losing a game or straight up not being able to download it due to it being tied to the server. If the steam server goes kaput, you lose everything god knows how long.

So, the ability to manually install and play a game offline without a client is bad?

I think you should just uninstall Galaxy, play and be happy.
