LATTANZIA0414: ???? season pass ???
It's generally a one-time purchase that gets you any upcoming content for a game for that price. Usually ends up being cheaper than buying the content as it's released.

You should buy it if you want to. Or don't buy it if you don't. As a general rule, if you'd likely buy the content for full price as it's released, then you're probably better off paying for the seasons pass. If you tend to wait until content is discounted before buying, then it's probably not worth getting the seasons pass.

Personally, I hate the damned things because it's basically like a loot box. You don't know exactly what you're going to get and it's happened more than once that a developer has promised lots of upcoming content and then not delivered, making it a waste of money.
Simple answer - you shouldn't. Always wait for full release so you know what you are buying, unless you really want to support the developer in which case you wouldn't ask.

No.

No. Just think of the seasons pass as a preorder. You've paid for it, so you don't lose the content.

Season pass actually means expansion bundle pack. You will be getting a set amount of expansions (content/DLC) in the pack, that is usually cheaper than if bought individually. It is just a fancy name that really has nothing to do with seasons or time limit.

Yeah, good point. I don't know why they don't call them Expansion Pass or Content Pass or - better yet - Content Pre-order.
Sometimes they are not for all upcoming DLCs but only for a set amount (eg up to four, if they will release that many) as some developers may produce dozens of DLCs for a game, if it is successful!
