This is a tip-of-the-tongue thing that is greatly frustrating me. It is also possible that I am conflating several memories and no such entity exists. Regardless, I would appreciate if anyone can suggest what this is.
I am thinking of trilogy of fantasy RPG games made in the early 2000s and sold on GOG. The theme is straightforward fantasy: dragons, elves, archers, questing, etc.
I thought the games were called "Guild Wars 1, 2, and 3" but upon searching for Guild Wars, I see that it is an MMORPG, so it does not seem likely that this was ever sold on GOG.
Regardless, the name of the game series is something extremely generic for the genre, similar to the name Guild Wars.
The games are 3d rendered but aren't visually impressive.
What the heck am I thinking of?
