DreamerKnightX: Aside from those mentioned above, that would be Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 and Icewind Dale 1 and 2, which also happen to be the best freaking rpgs of all time.
Except that these games *do* have voices, including some cases where the voices just don't work so well:
* System messages being voiced (BG1/2 "gather your party")
* Cases where the voice line and text are at odds (generic BG2 NPC who has a friendly voice line (probably a generic one) but some not-so-friendly text dialog).
So, I wouldn't really count them.
Saviors of Sapphire Wings is unvoiced except for the grunts when taking damage, and you can disable those. (Note, however, that Stranger of Sword City Revisited has voiced cutscenes, though there's *always* text, and I think you can at least turn voice volume to 0.) Then again, if you're a more gameplay oriented player, SoSW might not be the best game in its genre; I would recommend Elminage Gothic (also unvoiced) or SoSCR instead.
AnimalMother117: Any pre-Breath of the Wild Zelda game, special mentions to Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess for me.
Except that, starting with Ocarina of Time (and excluding the Oracle games), there's still voiced sound effects, like when you do a jump slash in OoT, for example; also, there's a bit of non-verbal voice when talking to notable NPCs.
AnimalMother117: I would count just about all the Dragon Quest games, but starting with VIII they put in voice acting. However, I turn the volume down because I usually do not like the voices.
Worth noting that only non-JP PS2 versions and all 3DS versions have the voice acting; the Japanese PS2 version and the smartphone version do not.
Dragon Quest 9 has no voice acting.
(Don't know about DQ10, but that game is an MMO and hence really shouldn't have been numbered, not to mention it's only available in Japanese, so even those reading it who do play MMOs probably aren't going to be playing this one.)
