tinyE: Do you know if the BluRay allows you to just run an entire disc of episodes without stopping?
Yes, there's a "play all" option in the menu. And if you select an individual episode from the list, I believe it just keeps playing them in order from there.
can't see anything odd with the carebears.

Agreed; if you are on acid they are perfectly fine. :P

I love em.

Its like The Adventure of Gummi Bears but with more colors. And godlike powers.

.....

dude..
For some reason I am more okay with the Carebears than what I am with MLP. The latter just needs to die off.
Captain Planet

Too bad it's not available on DVD/BD around here (or anywhere?).

I apologise for helping the thread stray ever further from its intended course (although I don't think anyone will mind too much), but I've been thinking about a lot of the shows that I used to watch when I was growing up (which wasn't all that long ago), and you've all jogged my memory.

Well, I say 'shows' but I'd only really like to mention two at the moment.

Firstly, does anyone remember the 1995 The Outer Limits reboot? I remember watching far too much of it when I was about 14-15. I remember, even then, thinking that many of the episodes were pretty bad. As an aside, I've never watched The Twilight Zone, which I really should rectify.

Secondly, this wasn't really all that long ago, does anyone else fondly remember Andromeda?

Lastly, as a sort of 'bonus', a show I did not watch during my childhood, but discovered only a few weeks ago. Any other Get A Life fans?

That really wasn't too bad. The TZ reboot was awful but I was relatively impressed with the new Limit's shows. There was a great one with Robert Patrick that still screws with my head. :P

I don't mean to completely destroy your grip on reality, but he has done other things. :P

First role that came to mind. :P I also just recently completed my private X-Files marathon so.
