Anyone else experiencing game stuttering? When I move the map while playing, it stuttering.

No problems here.

Disable hardware cursor
Go to the <path-to-game>\Drivers
Open spdx9_config.txt.
Locate line allowhwcursor 1 and set to allowhwcursor 0.
Maybe that helps?

I noticed that the animation itself is laggy
