Good points. I forgot to mention that you should be warming up with an empty bar on every workout. Here's a powerlifting ramp up regime I follow:

2x5 empty barbell
1x5 50% max weight
1x3 70% max weight
1x2 80% max weight

Then do your sets. You can skip the last two warmup sets if your body is already accustomed to the exercise.

If you're having mobility issues with your hamstrings for Romanians, then use a foam roller on both back and leg days before you exercise.

going to a gym might be a great motivation, follow some group lessons that target the whole body together with awe inspiring gym goddesses, works great for the motivation!

extra bonus : you might talk to them now and then and feel even more special

negative point : your upper body won't really benefit from all those core muscle strengthening exercises
