it was a Chinese ps2 game, I think and had 4 playable characters or agents in it. I remember one being bald, one being big and fat, a normal boy and a girl. there was a dragon like creature who would narrate things. we had to destroy bots in the game and there were different waves i believe. also, at the end of the game there would appear a yin yang and whoever reached it first got to choose a special move or something. there was a mode in it as well in which all the 4 characters would play " tag you're it" .
