Will GoG be taking on the any of the Trese Brothers titles? They have a couple of games that are showing their age a bit, Star traders and Heroes of steel, BUT, they have just released a game called Templar Battleforce over on steam which is one fantastic tactical combat game.
I like to buy all of my favourite games from GoG, so I have them to keep, to play anytime, anywhere.

So GoG, what do you say?

I would suggest that you contact the developers and ask whether they have thought of submitting their games to GOG.

I discussed this directly with Cory via email, and he said their games had been rejected by GOG.

He told me this on September 28th when I asked about it:

> DRM-free has been a pretty risky venture for us, and so far we've gotten burned every time we've tried. Bundles that don't pay, denied by GOG, Desura still hasn't paid us and claim to be out of business. Our focus currently is on Steam for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux -- but we might give the DRM-free market another try again sometime soon.

That certainly makes it sound like the ball is in GOG's court.

FWIW, Templar Battleforce is an excellent game.

Hmmm... not sure I saw any of their games on Humble... I think I got a few free via Amazon. Wonder if any revenue happened from that...

Anyway, curious what bundle that could have been. Sounds like some bundles are like the shady publishers of yore, selling and keeping all the profits / revenue with the devs / owners unable to get sales data or legal recourse.

As to having them on GOG. It sounds to me like there is no ball at all actually. Neither side is that interested in being in a relationship with the other...

And despite my liking their games I agree with what was the likely GOG answer - they don't really fit in.
