I remember seeing an entry for it on IMDB earlier this year, but I had no idea it was going to start airing on Netflix on December 20th.

I've heard some pretty good early reviews and the trailer itself has a scene that reminds me of The Witcher 3's game intro.

I'm not really a fan of the books and games (mostly because I only had a short glimpse at both so far), but the series could be potentially interesting. The trailer makes me a bit sceptical though whether this a top notch series or just one of many mediocre ones. It looks a bit too ... clean? I particularly don't like the looks of The Witcher, he makes me think of romance novel covers, but then again he is kind of a lady's man, isn't he? ;P
