So, Ciri fights like a witcher, acts like a witcher, is treated as one by others, and most importantly, considers herself one. In the final book, as she steps into a new world alone, her last thought is: 'There must be something here a witcher can do.' By technicality, she is not a witcher, but in every meaningful sense, she embodies what it means to be one.
