This game interests me a bit, but I'm not really sure how likely I am to play it with any expediency (like realistically I don't see myself playing it even in the next year.) I do try to only enter for games in anyway giveaway that 1.) are just too expensive for me or 2.) I feel an urgency to want and play. So, I'm going to pass on it and leave it there for someone who has more desire for it.

Well... if it is going to waste, I may as well play one of those Allan Wakes. I would prefer the older one, which was better, it seems. But being pulled back from the store, I don't think it will be back too soon.

One more question: let us suppose that the music licensing problem was sorted out by replacing the offending music. What do you expect GOG will do then? Add the new version as a new game or update the old copies people already own with a new update?

Thanks a lot for nomination, Cavalary! It's really nice gesture. I'm, indeed, intrigued by the game (never played) and I've got it on my wishlist, but after summer sale I've got also huge queue and to be honest won't find time for that specific game. Dungeon Keeper is in my basket during every sale and every time it ends with "meh, maybe next time, there are better offers to catch now" :) I've also noticed that BenKii nominated Phoenixizium for DK and perhaps they'll make a better use of the code :)
