What can I do if my support ticket has gone unanswered for 3 days? I bought a game that I cannot get to even load without glitching and I cannot get a response for a fix/refund.

April the 17th was a public holiday in Poland so i guess they have a bit of a backlog on tickets but they should answer you soon. (so basically they only had the 18th and half of the 19th so far to work through the tickets of the last few days)
