I pre-ordered Steelrising Bastille Edition which normally contains the dlcs including the Cagliostro's Secrets' dlc.

This dlc was released today and it does not appear in my account.

Am I the only one ?

Normally with this edition we don't need to pay for this dlc, when will we have access?

Release date says november 10, so someone probably jumped the gun early.

Normally it's a dlc and it should appear as a separate file.

The problem also comes from the fact that GOG considers that this dlc is not purchased while it is part of the Bastille Edition.

The original news is gone, it means GOG accidentally posted it early, tomorrow they will surely repost it and the DLC will be made available.

I have read posts on other platforms.

"Players who have purchased the Bastille Edition have direct access to the DLC. Otherwise, the DLC will be available as a standalone purchase."

Maybe the dlc is directly in-game for the Bastille Edition.

I bought the Bastille Edition on GOG AND Steam...I received today the DLC directly on my account as a separate DLC on Steam.
Here...nothing...
I contacted GOG support to let them know.

I often noticed when you buy full versions or delux upgrade dlcs, GOG considers that you don't have the individual dlcs or even the lower or equivalent editions.

But the DLC is not showing in my install list in Galaxy, or in any downloads in my library.

I think you have to do like Reglisse, contact GOG support.

I'm trying. But the support bot switched to French mid conversation. I HATE THAT THING. Why am I unable to access purchased products, GOG? Why is your support so terrible?!

Yeah, there is still no sign of the DLC unfortunately, however yes, once GOG knows about the problem they'll fix it for everyone.
