Guys, I need help. I won a game from a public giveaway (The Escapist), but when I try to redeem it, I receive a message saying I need to activate the original game first. I presume this is the FREE DLC given by HumbleBundle. How can I solve the situation?
How can I contact Steamgift support?

How can I contact Steamgift support?
Contact the giveaway creator. He has 7 days to give you the game. If he does not have the game he can contact support to delete the giveaway (if you agree). Else, wait 7 days and mark it as not received.

You don't need to contact support.

PD: make screenshots of your conversations with him.
