Graphics look nice, gameplay -- what there is of it -- looks ok, but...

Hard to say whether this will be good or not.

I like the exploration aspect, the shooting not so much.
It's nice to see The Zone in such detail, but we all know how trailers are supposed to work.

Looks better than Metro to me, not so much due to the engine (I actually prefer 4A over Unreal), but to the world building. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. always topped Metro when it came to this aspect. Sure, there is Exodus moving from all those underground sections that we saw in 2033 and Last Light, but even that isn't enough. The Zone oozes atmosphere, whereas the various maps scattered in the Metro trilogy are just serviceable at best. I remember 2033 and the first visit on the surface, such an underwhelming moment.
Anyway, GSC chose Unreal moving forward, I guess we shall see how that will turn out.

I meant in the sense of the linearity (2033/Last light). Also the shooting just looked run n gun - hopefully just a trailer thing.

Ah, hopefully it will not end up like that, Metro was too linear for my taste, also too much hand-holding and tunnel vision.

The shooting does not look convincing to me, but maybe it's just the trailer. Makes me think of CoD, which is not good.
