Is there any sports game you can recommend such as soccer or basketball on Gog?
Sports games are a weak point on GOG

Most modern sports games are pretty much live services requiring an online connection which goes against DRM-free since they need to constantly phone a home server (plus micro-transactions) and retro sports games do need to have there licenses renewed if they were affiliated with any Leagues (Tecmo Bowl is an example were they had to remove all the player names when it was re-released so it comes down to if the publisher wants to put the effort into making those changes)/

Most are racing games but there are one or two soccer, baseball, or football games.

Sensible Soccer? :D
I mean it's one of the three or so games of soccer on GOG. There is no basketball on GOG unless you'd count Pyre as a basketball game.
Thanks for your answers.
Summer & Winter: Olympic Challenge

Mutant Football League (American Football) is the best sports game here. Very fun arcade gameplay and includes a franchise mode. Note that the characters and teams in the game are generally named after current NFL players/teams, so if you aren't familiar with the NFL, you won't get the references but I don't think that really would impact your enjoyment of the base gameplay. There are numerous DLCs with additional teams but base game is enjoyable without them.

Grab a arcade joystick (arcade style or speedlink competition pro) for it. Controlling curved shots with a stick is more fun than with a gamepad.
