So I just watched this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D8q3uy1EgdU

Sorry if you don't care for RTU but I think he make a few good points. I also think gog could take a few pointers. I very am looking forward to Valve being taken down a peg; or more. (Seriously I hate that company) I think Epic has a real shot at giving Steam a run for it's money. If it goes DRM free or has a DRM free only filter then even gog might have to pick their game.

What do you guys think?
Epic literally sues Fortnite cheaters, so if anything their service will be the next Denuvo as far as DRM goes.
when is it out? I like competition so this is fine.

And here I was thinking that I was starting something :<

What's wrong with sueing cheaters in multiplayer games, they literally ruin the experience for everyone.
Generally speaking I would be happy if the store passed out the plague and wiped its own userbase out, before being indicted and hung for it. Much like blizzard and their store.

What else should they do? Give them a damn award for ruining everyone's fun? If cheaters piss off legitimate players, Epic is losing money. I'd think about suing them for some kind of compensation, too.

No, seriously, cheaters can ruin a game. And if they do so this is a serious threat to your company. Don't forget that. Letting cheaters know that you don't hesitate to hit them really hard is the best and most customer friendly anti-cheat measure you can take. The alternative is to put more effort into a software that goes deeper and deeper into people's systems to check if they're running cheat software, screwing legitimate players for no reason.

Cheat in singleplayer all yo want, but stay the f*ck out of multiplayer. Get a big car if you think your wee-wee is too small, but don't ruin other people's fun to get some e-peen enlargement.
