...So I can pretty much beat the entire game just by kicking mooks like Orcs and Soliders off ledges or into Spiky Walls or Fire?

So far I am getting the impression that Stealthy Thief like players have it better because imo the game's level design just screams Thief in my eyes. But of course combat is inevitable.

Well, you don't alway fight near any of those.

I recall combat being pretty fun in that one. What got to me was how long some levels seemed to take, the ones in dark, dreary, boring underground. Some parts of the game were great fun, others not so much. But what did get me to quit eventually was pretty silly I guess, but I couldn't get over it- there is a level later in the game where you lose all your stuff (because there always is, isn't there?) and you have to escape using you new found powers. And in that level you can't actually pick up and use weapons of your defeated enemies... because you don't have a backpack. That's right- the game tells you you can't pick up and hold a sword without a backpack to put it's icon into. I know it's a minor thing, but the stupidity of it made me ragequit the game for good :D
You'll recover your backpack really soon. If you were enjoying the game, I recommend reloading that last save.

That was years ago :D And I figured that I'll probably get it back soon. My problem was just with how stupid it was- can't hold a sword in hand due to not having a backpack. I was getting tired of the game anyway, and that little bit of stupid was the straw that broke the camel's back.
