bokkafa: cheers guys my speed is still a bit dodgy and my ISP haven't responded yet but I guess 3mbps is better than 0 mbps :)
I checked with our IT guys and everything appears to be working on our end. Have there been any internet outages or any other weird activity in your region by any chance?
