I only use offline installers and that is not going to change.
I noticed in my library (Windows 10) it shows about 70 of my games as updated.
Yet some of them appear to be the same exact version of the files I already have, at least according to the number of files and name of files including mentioned version.
So, is it worth re downloading them or should I just avoid wasting my time and bandwidth?
