Point_Man: I already had this on GOG but it's nice to get this deluxe version as well since GOG doesn't seem to sell that at all unfortunately. Differences seem to be a an illustrated PDF of short stories and the soundtrack.
Ah, I was just about to ask about that. So the "deluxe" is no gaming content, not even cosmetic anything. Oh well.

I had the game both on GOG and Steam already (Steam version probably bought as part of some bundle, or maybe it was offered for free already in the past?), but I guess I now activated the "deluxe" content which I will never read anyway.

If and when I eventually play the actual game, I'll most probably play the GOG version anyway, so in that sense the Steam version is just dead weight to me.

The game is good. Not as good as it's sequels (Dragonfall and Hong Kong, which are both great) but well worth the play-time. Especially if you like Shadowrun.

Ya i haven't gone through it yet but i'd also be using the GOG version. I'd just download the Steam version, back up the PDF & soundtrack files and then uninstall it.
As far as I have seen, the games given for free on the Humble are always Steam keys.
They don't giveaway their DRM-free titles, I suppose.
