well, downloaded and installed Shadow Tactics demo. when trying to start the game crashes. First two times it crashed immediately, third time it got to the menu, music is playing then few seconds after again crash.

fourth time it worked, (or at least I've not waited in the main menu just hit new game as soon as possible)

I had same issue. I ran Windows troubleshooter and it set compatibility mode to Windows 8. Afterwards game running without any issues.
