i have try to instand dracula 2 and it says server problem

same problem w different game. It's been for some time now. I tried to restart gog and restart my computer, but doesn't help.

Try downloading the offline install files. Less hassle.

If it says server problem, then that's something only GOG can fix. There's no need to restart the computer or the GOG client.

how we do that?

Go to https://www.gog.com/account and find your game. Click on the game and on 'DOWNLOAD OFFLINE BACKUP GAME INSTALL'.

Look at the provided picture for example.. Not necessarily. There's always a need to restart a Windows machine. :D

Unfortunately it still doesn't work for me my download has been stuck at 47% for about an hour.

Have you tried restarting the download? Cancel the current install, restart the computer, and restart the download.

So it's not only me! I tried to install Stonekeep last night and got this error, but it's working now.

I have restarted my client / computer and tried with another game but nothing changed.
To give you an idea, the game is only 272mb but I'm only at 54% after 3 hours.
If I go to the download tab it shows a speed of 0.1MB/s (lol?) but in reality it's downloading absolutely nothing.
Obviously I'm facing the same problem as everybody else but for some reasons it isn't fix for me yet.

It's okay I'll be patient :p
