Hello everyone. I came with one major problem. I tryed to search it in the internet but I have found anything about my problem. The problem is that I can' t fast travel to my ship and when I try to travel to the other island the game crashes and then the two files come to games folder in dumps section. One of them is a note file, other one is DMP . When I open the note it shows me this text :

============================================================================================================== ==========
=== GENOME CRASH LOG

Description ...... The thread attempts to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have access.

Executable ....... D:\Risen 2 - Dark Waters\system\Risen.exe
Version .......... 1.0 (Build 0) [Change 0]

============================================================================================================== ==========
== DAMAGED MEMORY
============================================================================================================== ==========

============================================================================================================== ==========
=== END

Can someone suggest me what to do, it looks like not common problem, so I don't know if I be able to solve this.

In general you can look at the Risen forum for help - gog.com/forum -> search bottom left bar - and/or contact GOG Support. If you and they working together can't get the game running, you're entitled to a refund. you'll have to be patient tho

It appears he has 0 games so I don't think support will help him. :)

Sorry, I really wouldn’t recommend that unless he is clear on what he is doing. From the email chain and profile page, it’s clear he isn’t using a legit copy of the game, so setting that to run freely on the machine could do all kinds of issues.
Also he installed outside windows folders, so should be clear there.
Possibly it was setup on a virtual drive by whoever he got it from, seen that with Skyrim modlists.
Essentially the user should go back to whoever he brought the game from, if indeed he ever did.
