First of all make sure you don't have any filters enabled. You can also try to refresh your account: https://www.gog.com/user/refresh. If this doesn't help, contact GOG Support: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us. I'm sure they'll help you with your problem.

i have reached out to support. I cannot locate them anywhere and i have found my receipt from wen i purchased them.

Your profile page says you own two games. One of them seems to be "The Suffering" (great choice btw...). That correct?
Is there still that page where you would think they would list your games but then there are none? Something to do with the social part of the website.

You're sure this is the correct account? And you never purchased the games from a key reseller like G2A, correct?

Most of the time this has happened, the person later realized their sign-in was a different e-mail account

i look in my library and it says my library is empty
