It's scheduled for 8am UTC (in 26 minutes), not 8am British Summer Time (34 minutes ago).

i see my error, even though the pc clock says UTC+0 there is a little daylight savings time slider that was selected. damn you daylight savings time!

my bad, pc clock says UTC+0 but there is a daylight savings slider that i had turned on X)
