It was indeed a short notice. I didn't look at the date/time and assumed I had a few days, but apparently it was just about six hours.
Fun game Lula. played it a couple of times in my "youth", but I wish the source codes would be released by someone as it tends to crash and making the savegames corrupt...

paladin181: Lula isn't horrible. The first part does nothing to prepare you for the second part though.
Maybe I should give it another shot one of these days but last time I played it, last year or so, I was utterly disappointed. Admittedly I didn't get that far, though. A friend also told me that it gets better later on but I honestly don't feel like putting too much time into it just to find out.

The intercontinental date different often confuses me, I also missed this after sitting on it. Wasn't sure I wanted to pay full price just before the holidays anyway. Bummer to see games get dropped.

MaxFulvus: So, I guess we won't see Wet Attack: The Empire Cums Back (aka Lula in space) here before a while :'(

MarkoH01: Oh, my gd. I still have the CDs lying around here. The game was SO bad ... and yes, I always say there is no such thing as an objectively bad game but ... beh ... maybe some people liked it but after a short while I just stopped "playing" it.
Just reading the description on wikipedia it sounds like Parkan and Huniepop had a baby. The premise sounds like hilarious fun.
Haven't heard of either of those games. Will take a look now. Thanks for the heads-up

Sadly, I think you are late - they are both gone already

F4LL0UT: God dammit. I own one of these two games and sadly it's Lula, which, quite frankly, is utter garbage. I would have bought Industry Giant 2 if the warning had come a bit earlier. :/

Not gameplay wise. But you can prolong it for a better financial cushion. Then save, learn by failing (horribly), reload, fail more, reload and make great movies :D

Middle part was the best IMO.

I loved Huniepop ... it was well made. Wet Attack is not.
RIP Lula, good thing I already have it

I googled it and the others to see for myself. The real winner of this series seems to be Lula 3d. It seems these games wanted so hard to be a parody, but then just sucked so bad they couldn't even parody.
