mattymuc: Awesome game. Any chance to get a GOG key as a backer of War for the Overworld?
Yup! Check out the FAQ here.

Sabin_Stargem: Has the content cycle finished for this game? I am the type of person who only picks up the final form of any given media.
There's still one more major update (our biggest to date) planned. Still quite a while away though, probably won't be out this year.

Thank you. :)

Lodium: Had my eyes on this ever since it first appeared on steam.
Thougth of buying it several times but then there was other games that distracted me so forgot about it.
Wishlisted for now, migth even wait til the promo is over to further support the devs.

I have one question though
is there any sountrack included or planned perhaps?
avatar
Simburgur: The Underlord Edition content (included in the Underlord Edition and Anniversary Collection) includes the soundtrack.

If you want to support us, buy two copies at half price and give one to a friend :)
I now have the game here on GOG - thanks a lot for GOG Connect :)
As I understand the Anniversary Collection contains all DLCs, right?
If yes, can we get a direct upgrade from the base game to AC, instead of (re)buying each DLC separately?

Yup, the Anniversary Collection contains all the DLCs.

As for the upgrade, I don't think that's possible, but the price difference between getting them individually and a theoretical upgrade shouldn't be much, especially during the sale.

Edit: Correction: The Anniversary Collection does not include the Worker Skin Bundle. It does include everything else.

It's GBP 16.66 in this sale - while the whole AC release is GBP 20.79, ie almost the same as buying the whole game - would be nice if it was possible to simply upgrade for about GBP 10.
If this is not intentional, please double-check and fix the discounts on the DLCs. :)

What I've seen for many games here at GOG is that you could collate all the DLCs and give a different price if someone buys all - perhaps that would be suitable and simple to do here.

Ah - my bad. The Anniversary Collection doesn't include the Worker Skin Bundle.

Without that the prices are a bit closer. Obviously, there's still a difference between individual purchases and the bundle as we wanted to ensure pricing matched the Steam version, which has a persistent 10% discount.

Finally! Thank you so much GOG and Brightrock for bringing the game here. As a huge fan of Bullfrog, I'm very glad to see a Dungeon Keeper game. Brightrock had lots of difficulties in the production but they made it through. Here is an article about the "messy development" of War of the Overworld:

Memories!...

Here's a video of me talking about our rocky launch for those interested.
Oh shit, this looks like Dungeon Keeper 2 with modern graphics. I didn't hear about that project it seems in the end of sale I will have really hard decision to made (many good competition appeared like WonderBoy,...) .

Linux version also is available/will be - requiems already are on site?

Best regards
Adam B.

Yep, there's a Linux version but it doesn't support any GOG Galaxy features (as there's no Galaxy on Linux).

Simburgur: Yup, that's correct. All of these methods are also cross-compatible with the Steam version.
A spiritual successor to Dungeon Keeper, DRM-free, with LAN support for multiplayer and decent graphic card requirements? I just couldn't resist it!

I have one small doubt, though: there's no Windows installer for the "Crucible" DLC, though there is one for Linux. Any thoughts?

That's odd - there shouldn't need to be an installer for it on any platform, it's free and included in the base game. If you have any issues accessing the Crucible content please let us know and we'll look into it :)
I do have to say the teaser image for Project Aftercare doesn't look much like a Spiritual Successor to Theme Hospital....
