h.e.X.e.n.: Hi, ok, this is the point: I want buy this game on gog, but in the gog version there is no italian language while in the steam version the italian language is present.

can gog add the italian language or to play in Italian I have to buy it on steam? I wish I could buy it on gog drm free, but this thing of gog missing multilanguage support of games who have this benefit(is not the first time) is really annoying... ^ ^

some hope about this?
The game has Italian subs, I just checked and we will be correcting the game card soon enough :)
Haven't played since the first beta, but at the time it was survival exploration adventure game with fantastic visuals and was very promising. Since then you can tone down the survival part and will probably end up with a nice action adventure. I had the sense of wonder like playing a new The Dig made in 2016... but before giving that summary i should check out how the game is now.

Kurry30: Does the GOG version have VR, or will I have to buy it on Steam?
avatar
JudasIscariot: Why would it not have VR? Last couple of changelogs I've seen for the game mentions VR :)
"Why wouldn't" is the wrong question to ask. It'd be like asking "Why would not the Homeworld Classic edition NOT have LAN MULTIPLAYER?" It seems so "obvious" that it would (it's the "CLASSIC" edition, after all), yet it does not (right?).

You never know "why" the devs, publisher, or GOG might not offer up an "edition" that does or does not have some "thing". It's never "obvious".

INSTEAD of asking a non-obvious rhetorical, I'd suggest putting that info on the game card.

I don't know how to access the change logs, and there's no mention of VR on the game description.
Plus, I'm sure there are probably others wondering the same thing. :)
Same here.
Not working with Vive, no VR options in the settings menu.

trusteft: So far the reviews on the store page are useless as I can't even figure out if this is a point and click adventure game, a Myst like adventure game, a first person shooter like game with just surviving aspects, or whatever.

Can someone please explain what this game is like in terms of gameplay?
Since it in based on unreal engine, that sort of rules out point and click adventure...

It's first person adventure, or walking simulator as some people call it. No shooting, you just walk around, search for items you need to progress, avoid dangers and read notes which reveal interesting story about what seemed like uninhabited world when you landed. There are some horror elements, but not overboard.

I had it since it appeared here, and it was very interesting even in unfinished state. I stopped following the updates after third(?) part was released because computer troubles, now I'm looking forward to finishing it. My galaxy counter says 76 hours, and I'm far from having found all the secrets, even in the parts I have already seen.

Grargar: A spiritual successor, according to the developers themselves.
Thanks, that's a bit clearer (though the devs seem to have a different interpretation of some semantics than I). Who knows, maybe this will motivate me to finally try out The Ball in my backlog. :)
Awesome release #2 today :-)

So soon out! But, but, I was hoping for a July release or so when I will have a bit more money :-/ This is the only game added to my wishlist while game was still in development. Will try to get enough dosh for this before the release offer expires as I REALLY want this one. :-). This would be the most 'expensive' (price is not really high) game I will have bought since Fallout 3 heh.

Sadly, no idea when I will have time to play it though.... but that's a problem many customers on GOG share with me :-)
Glad to see it finished so soon after the In Dev release thread. It looks great!
Really nice to see a game I insta-bought when it became available on GOG as in-dev get a release! This makes me trust the other in-dev games I bought on GOG will release, as well, even though some might take a while (looking at you, Project Zomboid, and your slow as heck devs).

Happy gaming, everyone, and enjoy this really awesome game!

Thanks for your support all! We hope you will enjoy our game! 1073 days of continuous work to try and build it!

For VR, yes this is included but I am not sure if it is easily accessible through the GOG launcher.
To run in VR you must add "-SolusVR" at the end of a shortcut. So run it with commandline "-SolusVR" and it should work with both the Vive and the Rift.
VR support is a little bit work in progress, but apart from some things (loading screens - inventory menu) work entirely.

Thanks! Because of multiple platforms and HMDs, communication for what works with VR and how to enable it is still muddy in these early VR days. Hopefully GOG gets better at communicating that, and offer ways to load the game in VR out of a launcher if the game requires that.

Looking forward to playing it. I've watched a Giant Bomb video a couple weeks ago that got me excited and purchased the game, but am waiting till my Rift comes in because the game looks gorgeous.

Thank you.
I bought this when it was in dev, I have to say I was absolutely blown away by it. Just fantastic. Going to see how this final version is.

Thank you to the devs for an amazing experience with this game.
Just got this game, it's NOT BAD... I've been hungry for a Space Sim like this, since I'm waiting until August 9th for another epic game, from Hello Games.... I got the Steam Controller programmed to do almost everything, which is a plus. I can't wait to complete this story, see where it goes...

In fact, on my facebook NMS page, a fellow member made me aware of this game so he gets credit for telling me about it....
