So, this game really has absolutely no UI, or are all the "screenshots" and videos bull? Nothing tells me more about whether I want a game or not than actually seeing its UI.

It is also a cool lesson to learn that back in the 80s nobody got offended about actors greasing themselves up and speaking funny to pass as indian.
