Dancing in the dark.

Aragami, a supernaturally-imbued stealth game, is now available for Windows, Mac, and Linux, DRM-free on GOG.com, with a 10% launch discount.

Moving silently and avoiding light sources doesn't make you one with the shadows. You must dance with them, embrace them, let them flow through you like you flow through them. As a vengeful spirit summoned to this world by an enigmatic girl that wants to escape her prison, Aragami must fight the army of Light by disposing of its unwitting minions. Not an easy undertaking, but he yields the power to control the shadows, bend and twist them at will, and have them consume his opponents while keeping his presence concealed. Every challenge can be approached through multiple paths, however, and sparing your oblivious enemies may appeal to you more than bathing your sword in their blood. As long as you reach Yamiko in time to fulfil your mysterious destiny.

Infiltrate a well-protected city and cast your shadows upon its guards, as the vengeful Aragami, DRM-free on GOG.com.
Want to cover your footsteps with some atmospheric music? Then consider upgrading to the Collector's Edition, which includes both the OST and the fancy artbook.
The 10% discount will last until October 10, 3:59 PM UTC.

Now this game looked pretty cool! Has anyone tried it yet? Is it similar to Ico or Prince of Persia?

IAmSinistar: How stylish! In some ways like a 3D Mark of the Ninja. Could be quite good.
It is like Tenchu meets Mark of the Ninja. And i really like that since I wanted a new Tenchu-like game.

Lodium: Hmm, kinda lllok like a mix between Mark of the Ninja and Tenshu

This looks better though.
Wishlisted
You beat me to say it. It is exaclty like that. Next, I want to see a new Nightmare Creatures kind of game.

Looks like Lodium agrees with you. And I concur, a Tenchu-style game is quite welcome. I am warming to this one and hope the reviews are good.
I really like the (sort of) colour-coded visuals. And the music that plays in the trailer is—damn—so powerful. I'll definitely keep my eyes on it.

Also, thank you for at least providing us the option to buy the soundtrack and some art material (I wish more games would do that).
Instabought this. I love stealth games, I love Asian settings and co-op sounds very intriguing. It's like they tailored this game to appeal to me. Judging by the gameplay videos, the stealth elements might be a tad too gimmicky for my taste (I prefer the gritty stealth "realism" of Thief), but I'm too intrigued to pass it up.

Speaking of Asian settings, how about One Finger Death Punch or Mini Ninjas for the classic release on Thursday?

A stealthy ninja... dressed in bold red clothing? Well, OK.

Looks quite nice overall, but some aspects of the design and gameplay seem a bit silly.

That other upcoming ninja game they introduced a while ago looked much more appealing to me.

Bloodborne? :P

sasuke12: I am surprised a game of this high caliber is less than $20.
The award for "Best Price Evar!" probably has to go to Outlast. That one was as AAA as an indie title can get and it cost a measly $13.39 on release day.

@topic

I'm already pleasantly surprised by this game. I can run it on my laptop (which is about as suitable for a modern game as a toaster or an electric razor).

Ok, you got me. Maybe something like Nightmare Creatures and Bloodborne, but cross-platform or for PC.

When the character is exposed to light the red shows, when the character is actually hidden in darkness he is all black.

It's to hide the bloodstains.
Pics and trailer got me interested, but I'll wait for reviews and either a discount or a sizable shrinking of my backlog before I buy it.

Yeah, I get it. Tried to run Earthworm Jim in my toaster. It didn't work out very well (poor Jim). Can't recommend Waxworks or Puddle either.

Also, a warning: NEVER attempt to run Blood: one unit whole, In cold blood or Sacrifice in a razor, electric or not.
