Of course they do - they just granted the Russians over $20 regarding first two Witcher games, and dared increase the price of the third instalment by $4.50 (wouldn't be surprised if the latter proves to have been a glitch). I'm sure that reaching this decision took some hard fighting, internal and external.

Matruchus: Hearts of Iron 1 is 100% more expensive here then on gamersgate. Don't know if that fits into regional pricing or not.

Grargar: I think it's just a GamersGate permanent discount (intentional or not, I can't say), as the game's price is also 10 bucks on Direct2Drive and Desura.
Actually Gamersgate is owned by Paradox so its their regular price I guess.

Not necessarily. GamersGate is infamous for having some random prices across the board (Fallout 3 GOTY is inexplicably cheaper there than other stores).
