I've added a game to my Wishlist, am I going to get notified if it goes on sale.

If you have the option selected to receive notifications for it, yeah. It's in the Subscription section in user settings. I do see comments from time to time complaining about getting notifications late though... like after the sale's over.

Quick answer: maybe.

As noted, if you have notifications turned on, you'll likely get a heads-up that the game is on sale. however, it's been reported that for some people, that notification often arrives after the sale is over.
