I asked to have a few games refunded recently and selected "Other" as my method. I got an initial confirmation email after each request.
Around a day after my first request I got a "Follow-Up" email for an actual support ticket. It has been a couple of days and I have not received any support ticket links for the other requests.
How does this process work? The support FAQ says something will "guide you to our Support form where you can provide more details regarding the refund" but I have not been asked any details about any of my return requests yet and only have an actual support ticket for one of them.
