Hello, i have a big problem on my client of GOG Galaxy because i connected myself on the client but i can't access to verify and repair or the parameters, a fonctionnality that i need for the Witcher 3 because of a problem on the game..

So i'm just fucking blocked with the client and i'm scared to uninstall GOG because i don't want to delete the witcher 3 by the way, so can you help me ?

I cound't put a photo on my topic so i'll explain.. On the page of the witcher 3 on the client of GOG, at the top right of the screen i got my name wich means i'm connected but below the play button, it's written connect yourself so i'm quit angry about this and i wish for your help.. Of course i tried to disconnect and connect back but useless.. Help me pliz

Where did you get the game you have trouble with?

Do oyu have the witcher 3 in your gog library?

I didn't buy the game on GOG, i bought the physical version of the game but when i installed it, the game suggested me to install GOG to launch the game and i made it.. Ah no i just discovered taht it's not :(

Did you get a code with the boxed copy?
You should be able to redeem it for a GOG digital copy.

I found the code inside of Witcher's box but it won't work on the link you send me, i already install the game a long time ago so i don't remember but maybe i already use this code

Does the page say that your code was invalid, or that it has already been used? If it's the first one, then make sure you have typed it correctly (mind the Os and 0s, and the ls and Is!). If it says that it has been used and you can't find your game in your order history (link here: https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders), then it was probably used in a different account. In that case, you should contact support and explain your situation.

No it's finally working, a B was really looking like a 8 and i put the code a thousand times before it works but now its good :').. Thank you very much for the help all of you ! :D but before if you are players of the witcher, it's normal that i don't have green chests on my game ? Because my friend got them on his ps4 but i don't have it on PC

The green chests were introduced in version 1.07. Update your game to the latest version and you should be good to go.

You'll need to patch to 1.07 (I think) to get the stashes.
