I use CCleaner too

just make sure if you have any flash games with save features you don't erase them (:

Did that three too many times with Machinarium :(

Luckily, figured out how to stop that happening, eventually.

yep I did it with both machinarium and botanicula a couple times each (well, my partner was playing botanicula)

Xanders025: Pc decrapifier is just an app used to uninstall unwanted software junk.... Windows already has a system that works the same of removing junk, and clean files.. So which one , I'd rather chose the preinstalled cleaner than using a copycat app that acts the same plus, It may contain malware or other PUP's that can make your computer worse..

Starkrun: its ok, better to just go to MOBO or computer manufacture and install drivers by hand from a clean install.. it misses a lot and has some false positives.

I recently installed AV software on the significant others box for it coming more highly recommended than what I would use classically. That new software struggle is real.

I got better things to do with my time than familiarize myself with a new set of arbitrary and often obtuse design choices.

I had the same worries about Bleachbit, but it's a really simple interface that actually describes what each cleaner checkbox does.
