Having a bit of trouble with PC builds, nothing serious, but still trouble nevertheless.

So, I decided I'd like to build a PC with the following specs:
* 3 GHz CPU
* Windows 9
* 27 GB RAM
* 81 GB storage

So, I go to https://downloadmoreram.com/ to get RAM for the computer, and I hit a snag. In particular, they only offer 4/8/16/32GB, and basic number theory dictates that there's no combination that will get me 27 GB of RAM. So, that's a bit of an issue.

So, back to the drawing board, I decide that my next PC will be a Lawful Good Cleric of Set (the Egyption god). The problem is that there seems to be a rule forbidding clerics whose alignment is the opposite of the deity's alignment, and Set appears to be Chaotic Evil, so unfortunately, that won't work either.

Maybe I should just give up and just build a DOS PC instead.
You just need a motherboard which use SIMMs rather than DIMMs then get the odd, e.g:

And you can downclock a processor:

Not saying this in a mocking way at all, but why are you wanting 27GB of RAM? The current standard is 16GB, and I doubt there would be any significant price difference between 27GB and 32GB. Also you want dual-channel of the same size, and they don't sell 13.5GB RAM sticks.
Don't forget, you're going to need a 243W PSU. Don't cheapen on it.
What you need to do is get a 32GB RAM stick and a chisel and prise off some of those unwanted modules. Same goes for Windows. Just buy Windows 10 and delete SysWOW64 to bust it down to Windows 9. It's the trick Microsoft don't want you to know.

Now you'll have the perfect XBOX 360 era gaming PC.

You think you got problems! I wanted to build this:

*AMD Am29000 CPU
*Windows 11 Beta
*1K RAM
*10 Zettabyte SSD

I just can't find a motherboard or even some of the parts i need! Very frustrating i can tell you. Oh well, Lawful Evil it is then.

1000 grams of RAM, how many sticks is that?
Or maybe it's even more... you've melted them and got a 1000 liters?

Hehe!

My friend has a 180GB ssd. A very odd size that probably is not sold anymore.

disclaimer: it's been a long time since i built pcs.

either go for 16 or 32 gbs.
most memory works in dual matching channels, or single sticks.
if you have dual matching memory then you're looking at 2x8gb = 16gb, or 2x16 = 32.
if you go for single stick then you're looking at a 16 or 32 gb stick.

while i think newer motherboards are more tolerant you never used to be able to mix 2 sticks of different sizes and have them both work. at best you might have 4 slots which were actually 2 x dual slots, each with a single stick in it.
memory used to be so finnicky back in the day that's you'd usually try to get 2 matching sticks from the same batch of memory to make sure they'd work together. it's a lot better now, but i'd still suggest not going for funny mix and match sizes.

i'm sure there are people who are more up to date with building pcs around though who'd be able to tell you how things work with current gen mobos and memory
I've decided what type of CPU I want; I would like a QEMU Virtual CPU version 2.5+, clocked at 3 GHz. Anyone know where I could order one and have it shipped to me?

(By the way, did you check where the "DOS" like in the original point leads?)
